I have had the HUB 4 for a couple of years and it has never worked efficiently constantly buffering and freezing and sometimes suddenly stopping streaming and closing down , I wish I had never upgraded from the previous hub

Try a 30 second pinhole reset of the hub with no ethernet connection and ensure that all cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damaged.
