Hub 4

Hi

I have had the new hub 4 for about 3 weeks ish all was working ok but for some reason the lan cable and wifi drops out for about 30 seconds and the comes back on, this does this many time a day, i have registered the device ( i think ) when i got the hub 4, am i doing something wrong? any help would be great , i have brought new cat 7 lan cables

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages

Go to 192.168.0.1 in a browser. Login.
Go to advanced, tools, network status.
The logs are there.

Hi, its not as bad as it was but does seem to keep dropping out, i have reset the box a few times which does help
