I recently upgraded to the Hub 4 & it keeps randomly Di connecting from my TV & Firestick plus my WiFi signal has never been so low. Im only getting upload speeds of 23 & downloads of 20. That's when I'm in the same room, 4feet away from the router. On the Hub 3.0 my speeds were both higher. I wish I'd stayed with the 3.0. I've also bought powerline adapters to help for upstairs, they cost me €50. I don't get it. I've also been trying to log into the router & the login page for Hub 2.0 is all I'm getting. Can someone help me please. Driving me mad & I cnt get through to Virgin by phone or WhatsApp.
