Hub 4 solid red light

Hello,

I have a solid red light on my hub 4. Is this something we need a technician out for or is this new hub time?

A red LED on a hub4 indicates no internet connectivity. Can get out to the internet? Are you sure it’s the square like hub4?

Hub is now flashing red. Have tried rebooting and also the reset button to no success. Means no tv either as all connected.
