At exactly midnight (28/7/2021) the internet and phone went down. Hub 4 showing solid red light. Status in our area shows green. Sick of having to book engineers and earliest one available is a week away! We have medical equipment that uploads to the hospital so internet and phone down is not good. Am in South East England.
1. Virgin, please sort this out ASAP.
2. is anyone else having same problem?
