Hi the hub 4 keeps disconnecting once or twice a week I have looked in the network log and some entries are logged some are not logged at the time the hub went down ?

Get these in the logs lots I will post detailed ones if required thanks.

Hi Mikeuk

Thanks for coming back to us. I've done a system check and no issues are showing, all levels are in spec and no issues with congestion or SNR (signal to noise ratio). I hope therefore all is sorted. If not, please can you do the following;

Can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;

• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode),
• Don't log in, click on 'router status'
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.

Also, set up a Broadband Quality Monitor. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc. Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum 🙂

Best,

Hi Mikeuk

Thanks for getting back to us and welcome back.

I've took a look into the account and there's nothing on there at the moment that would directly contribute to the disconnections you have raised with regards to power levels and router stats.

I can see this it has disconnected twice this week via SamKnows on Tuesday and Wednesday, can I ask whether it's affecting only wireless devices or wired?

Thanks,

Kain

Hi thanks  its both

Hi Mikeuk

Everything is looking perfect here

The only option we have is to book a tech and look at swapping the hub

Let me know if you wish to go down that route
