Go to the status page where you found the network log.  Open the Downstream tab.  Select all the text (Ctrl-A if using a keyboard), copy it (Ctrl-C), then paste it (Ctrl-V) into a reply here as TEXT not screenshots.  Post that, do the same for the Upstream and Network log.  You'll get an error message when you post the Network log, just click on "post" a second time.

Then we can check for any obvious problems with power, noise or error counts.

Thanks Lee an engineer came out on Saturday 11th December and checked everything a few bad corroded connections down the road that have been renewed, the engineer rang back on Tuesday morning to check everything ok it was however that evening the internet went off again, and now today 16th December. It comes back on after a few mins but its not good when trying to get work done.

Thanks
