Hub 4 endlessly rebooting

While spring cleaning a patchy Internet (because TV streaming and WhatsApp calls are patchy), I reconnected devices, pods, and do room by room optimisation. Finally, I thought a hub reboot would be useful, but it has cycled thru the flashing Hub 4 for about 30 mins switching various connections on and off, then saying ask Try Again or Contact Support. The Reboot is supposedly 8 mins max, but I've now tried rebooting 4 times (x 30 mins each). Please help....

Hi skpillai

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear of the service issues with the router. I have done a system check here and no issues are found, no area outages.

I've checked the levels are fine as are the SNR (signal to noise ratio) and congestion.

Has the hub stopped rebooting?

Can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;
• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode),
• Don't log in, click on 'router status'
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.
Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum 🙂

I hope you don't mind John. I was surprised someone is asking me to paste some Wifi details here.  I'm going to see if the Moderator is ok with that.

We can appreciate your concerns but please be assured that we wouldn't ask for any details publicly that are sensitive and could put you in a compromising position.

Thank you
