I installed our new Hub 4 yesterday and everything is working well. I want to change the password though so opened up http://192.168.0.1/ as instructed but it says I'm entering the wrong password (which is on the card). Have tried multiple times.
I know you can't do it through the app, I am using a browser.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you are inputting the wifi password instead of the Settings password (8 numeric digits)
EDIT
The settings password should be on the base of the hub.

I was only wanting to change the password for logging into the wi-fi! All done now.
