I have updated my hub 3 to a hub 4. The hub 4 has been working for several hours but I'm unable to connect the app to the Hub to manage it. I get the "something wrong at our end" message.
I have cleared all data on the app and re installed it but with no luck. I have tried direct link to hub using https://192.168.0.1 but that fails to connect.
I am on the correct WiFi network with my device, I'm not using mobile data or public WiFi to connect to my hub 4.

I have taken a look and can see you are currently affected by an SNR outage. The fix date for this is 20 MAR 2023 15:30.
Keep us posted on this if you are still having issues past this date.
