Hi,
I can't get access to 192.168.0.1.
Once I sign it just loads a blank page.
Anyone else having same issue?

There are an increasing number of post regarding Hub 4 where the admin logon accepts the password but then fails to display the menus & get stuck on a white screen. Usually the VM Connect app also has stopped working with the Hub 4.
The only option available is to perform a 60 second press of RESET and to then leave the Hub 4 powered on and allow it time to revert to the shipping condition. Many are reporting this restores the admin menu and gets the VM Connect app working again.
If the reset fails to restore the Hub 4 admin menu, the Hub will need replaced. VM Customer Support have been giving folks a run around on replacing Hub 4's with this partial fault, so it may be for the best to turn the Hub 4 off and then call in an report it as having totally failed. If VM what to play the fool with us - we can oblige !

Thanks for this info, I knew Virgin were just fobbing me off, I've spent hours on the phone to them without any success, complete waste of time! I've also had two technicians round, both advised it should be working okay but didn't hang around to test it with me, saying after a reset it takes an hour or so for it to work!
