Hub 4 - Split Band issue - Not Saving Change

Hello,

Used Virgin broadband for around 3 years had split bands and never had an issue. For some reason for the last month or 2 i have had an issue with splitting the bands to connect to 2.4 or 5Ghz.

SSIDs have been changed so you can identified the split bands. 2.4 is named and continues to work fine however when you change the 5Ghz after 5 minutes or less it will just default back and match what is in the SSID name for 2.4.  

Haven't seen this behaviour before or have any idea what has caused the change after working with no issues.

Any suggestions?
