I recently switched my hub 4 to modem mode to connect Netgear Orbi Pro Mesh wifi to it. Last night i had to speak to netgear due to a speed issue, they asked to unplug and connect a device into the hub 4 and check speeds etc, however whilst i was doing this i noticed the white light on the hub 4 went off, I had to restart the hub and the light came back on but then went off again. The hub is working as the Netgear Orbi is providing me with excellent speeds wired and wireless but the light was on since i changed t modem mode on saturday and only disappeared yesterday whilst i was wokring on the speeds. I have checked the plug, changed the sockets etc but the light remains off
Any help???

somewhere in hte hub settings you can vary the brightness of hte LED - have you checked that it’s configured to show/glow or is it set to 0%?

Have you checked under the advanced settings, see here, to see if the Light Ring is set to automatic or 0% as sophist advised?
