Hub 4.0 and Hex WiFi Boosters

Hey, we have “upgraded” to a hub4 and had 2 hexagonal type WiFi boosters on our hub 3.0. The info says the hub will find the boosters but i think it only finds one ( as the white light stops flashing ) and as soon as we plug the other one in it drops both of the boosters and the white light starts flashing indicating it is searching for the hub , any ideas / help is appreciated 👍

They need to be linked to your new hub. You’ll need to phone support and speak to someone competent enough to do it.

Hi @Parkster1, thanks for your post although I'm sorry you're having problems pairing up your pods to your new Hub 4.

Have you been able to get the help you need since your post?

If not, I'll just need to get some security details from you just so I can get a bit more account specific with a potential fix for this one.

Please expect the PM to arrive within the next few minutes and reply directly!

Many thanks
