Hello,

I am trying to hide my network name on my Hub 4.0 but it seems to not let me tick the box for it,

any ideas why this is happening,

See below screenshot:

I will try to click no but the check mark will stay in yes.

It doesn't matter what device I use ether

Under 'Wireless signal' try checking the 'Disable Channel Optimisation' box.

Having this enabled can disable other check boxes!

Why do you want to hide it? If it’s for security reasons, don’t bother, it’s still easy for anybody who knows to find your WiFi. Currently I can see 32 locations that have hidden their SSIDs around me.

I’m sure you have a reason - it just might not achieve what you think it will.
