Hub 3 solid red light

Hub has been like this for months and WiFi drops out intermittently.  Doesn't matter how many times I do a factory reset, it remains. I try and call and just go round in circles being told to reset again. AS WITH OTHER FORUM CUSTOMERS - I NEED SOMEONE TO DM MESSAGE ME TO FIX THIS. PLEASE.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue your Hub, I do think it would be best we arrange an engineer to come and take a closer look into this for you. I will pop you a private message so we can get this arranged.
