Hub 3 solid red light

Good morning,

My Hub 3 is showing a solid red light, is VERY warm to the touch, the TV glitches occasionally and the Wi-Fi is lost randomly on differing devices.

The hub is not in direct sunlight and not near a heat source.

I have ran through all the suggested "fixes", unplugging, reconnecting, resetting, waiting etc. all to no avail.

If possible could I get some help here.

Good day to all.

Technicians visit arranged through this forum, thankyou Travis.  A new Hub and problem is sorted.  The technician Dean was polite, friendly and informative.

So to recap, solid red light is BAD, solid white light is GOOD.
