Hellooo. my hub 3 has been constantly red for the past few weeks and couple of days ago I decided to call customer service who said that "there is a problem in the area' when i checked my area for virgin internet outages and all looks fine.
The hub seems warm and the internet always cuts out which impacts mine and my dads work related activitieis.
Is this red light due to firmware or overheating?

Hey Juggin95, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry there is a red light on your hub 3.
I am going to send you a PM, so we can look into this however in the meanwhile please can you try these steps;
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
Please look out for the purple envelope. Thanks
