Hub 3 slow download connection

Previous router: CISCO EPC3925

Current Router: hub 3

Issue, passed from 220 mbps with the CISCO and 60mbs on the mesh network to 67mbps (modem mode) ethernet and 23 mbps on the mesh network on router mode.

Troubleshooting made: (checked other posts)

-Reset+checked cable connections to be always on port 1, swapped to new cables, etc. 

 

So I end paying more money for a lesser service.

Any ideas?

Can the previous router be re-enabled and the hub 3 be sent back? It is a worse hardware/experience.
