Hub 3 resets to defaults every time it's turned off

Connection drops frequently and has to be restarted for it to connect. Sometimes it factory resets by itself and also whenever it is restarted. When the modem was originally installed it was left with a power surge protector connected by mistake, we found this out when it stopped holding a connection and an engineer was sent out.

Hey! This sounds like a faulty modem, as this is a common issue with this type of modem i recommend giving virgin a call and seeing about getting it replaced, my old SH2 used to do this and we got it replaced with a SH3, I cant guarantee this will fix your issues but more then likely it will! Smiley Happy
