Hub 3 replacement needed

Working from home and supporting several shielding family and friends........................Hub 3 died yesterday afternoon.


Not a flicker of power or signal.

Weirdly the TV service reappeared around midnight.

We urgently need a new hub. How do we achieve this?

The phones are not being answered or we wait over an hour and then Virgin drops the call.

A smartphone hotspot is no substitute and the bills will be crazy.

Virgin why are you being so blind to your customers?
