Hub 3 red light

I have a solid red light on my hub 3 router.
I’ve tried to reset (including the pin hole) but this hasn’t solved it

My speeds have been much slower since the red light on the router

customer services have advised me that it’s not a problem with my router but numerous threads on here suggest otherwise

If the red LED persists after a reset the Hub will need to be replaced as it could be a risk.

The red LED is an overheating warning and should be working correctly.

A VM Mod should pick this up in a day or two and arrange a swap.

Hello tomg579.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the red light on your hub
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange a swap.

In the meantime, can you please ensure the Hub is way from any direct sources of heat and in a well ventilated place.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
