Hub 3 red light

For the last week my hub 3 has a permanent red light. It's been in the same position since installation years ago.

It's not overheating, it's in an open, well ventilated, position.

I've disconnected/reconnected. Still red.

How do I get virgin to supply me with a new router?

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your Hub! 

 

Can I just check have you performed a full factory reset? To do this push a pen etc into the rest hole at the back of the Hub and hold it in for 30 seconds.

Yes. First thing I tried. Just tried again. Still have red light

Disconnected/reconnected hub, still red light.

Rang 'india' support. All I got was turn off hub, and reset. Nothing else. How do I get a new hub?

Have no connection, this is from phone.  Sort this out, virgin media. India support was switch off, reset. Already done all that

 Have also discounted and relocation hub. No connection 

If not sorted, work connection,  I will look at leaving virgin

We may need to get an engineer out to change the hub.
