Hub 3 red light

Red light instead of white light on hub 3. Wifi working.

I have turned the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

I have ensured the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
I have switched the hub back on at the back of the Hub.

I have turned off the power at the mains and reconnected several times.

Still a red light- does the hub need a visit from an engineer?

Yes, a faulty overheat warning LED could be a risk. A VM Mod will pick this up in a day or two.

Hi there @janerr, welcome back to the forum and thanks for your post 😊

Thanks for letting us know you are getting the red light showing on your hub. What you have already checked is what we would usually advise to do so thank you for doing that.

As this red light is still showing this certainly would benefit from an engineer visit to check over it. I'll send you a PM to confirm your details so this can be arranged.

Regards

Nathan
