Can anybody help please?
I am unable to view my CCTV from my mobile using 4G, when I'm on my wireless it works fine.
I can view my cctv from another network using the web browser so I know access is not blocked on port 80.
I have setup port forwarding on both TCP & UDP port 554 as per instructions for my NVR for CCTV.
Using 2 different port checkers to see if port 554 is open shows port 554 is blocked even though I have setup port forwarding for port 554.
Any help would be appreciated.
If I got another router would that affect virgin tv?
