Hub 3 password problems

I am trying to sign in to our Hub3 it keeps saying password is wrong. I have tried the connect app and when I scan label on bottom of router it says password wrong, I then reset router as it said too so password would re set but it still says password wrong.

Are you using the admin password and not the wifi password?

It's stickered to the base of the hub

Yes I am using admin password. Even after re setting router it still says password not recognised
