Hi all,
My hub 3 has had a permanent single red light since I had a broadband outage months ago, it's in an open place, well ventilated as it has always been. I have tried all usual fixes leaving it unplugged for a long time , restting, etc. Nothing changes.
Every time I test on virgins site it says all is well.
I use it in modem mode connected to a router for better wifi.
I have noticed constant ping spikes of 50ms or so whilst gaming since this happened.
The ping spikes are shown in game, I haven't used broadband monitor to detect jitter as had some trouble getting it to work , probably because of my router, rtac86u.
Any ideas if the red light thing is responsible?
