I have posted already about a constant red light on my Hub 3 (and poor wifi around house) and spoken via web chat (1/8) and on the phone today (3/8) but am having no luck getting a technician out to visit.
The hub is well ventilated and is in the open, with a fan directed towards it.
We have 4 people working from home online and it is impossible to continue like this.
Could Virgin please arrange for it to be replaced asap - thanks.

Hi there,
I'm also having problems with a constant red light on my Hub 3 router. The internet also keeps dropping out when using it Wifi.
I have tried everything and the connection to the house is OK. I have done a reset on the modem but still have the red light.
Can you help Virgin please?
