Hi all, My Home Hub 3 has stopped working, no power at all tried other sockets etc, changed fuse as well, no joy, been through the Bot, need an engineer visit, is it possible to just get a new router sent to save loads of time and get up and running quicker ?

It used to be, but it seems not any more. Seems somebody at VM Towers thought it would be a great idea to make sure that all hub replacements were carried out by technicians.

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the Hub 3. Regrettably, we do currently require tech visits to see if there is anything we can do prior to swapping. Do let us know how it goes.
