Hub 3 no internet access

Hello, 

The internet light is flashing, and there isn't internet connection. I switched off and on the router but nothing changed, I reset it and still nothing. I checked the cables and everything seems fine but still no internet. I don't know what is the issue.

Yes i checked it and everything seems ok. It says: "No known issues".
