Hub 3 keeps dropping out and can't access hub

Been having exactly the same issue since yesterday afternoon. I too have a Hub3, for what its worth!  Done all the necessary checks and reset and test and nothing has made any difference. Can't get  through to technical on the phone either!! 25yrs with Virgin and time to call it a day..

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page http://www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker

If no faults found:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
