Hub 3 issues

Right Virgin WiFi is really starting to grind my gears! I’ve now had two of the WiFi pods round the home and the connection to the router is much improved, but my problems are not solved the WiFi shows the connection is full on my devices however the WiFi actually processing data just stops when ever it feels like it! I’ve reset the hub over and over and over hundreds of times and this still happens. The various iPads/iPhone round the home can’t even play simple short reel videos. It’s that bad I have to resort to the 4G on my mobile and tether the kids tech to my phone. This can only be a problem with My hub3 it’s self it is probably almost 10years old at this point. Anyone else having the same issue or know how to fix it? I’m so close to ripping out all of VM’s hardware and buying better

A VM Pod or a Wi-Fi Repeater extends the Wi-Fi coverage but halves the speed.

Seeing a strong Wi-Fi signal and poor bandwidth suggests the VM Pods are placed
too far from the VM Hub where there is little or no usable Wi-Fi signal to repeat.

I have a small 3 bed semi, and the drop in things loading happens when I’m sat and any room in the house even in the lounge 14 foot from the hub and was happening before I had any pods (the only reason I got them in the first place). I see the logic thank you for your help I’ll try moving them around and seeing if that help
