Hub 3 issues

Hi all,  

Ive been having problems the last few days with the hub 3 as in wifi not connecting and Ethernet connections very slow. 
move done all the stuff with checking status and today I decided to reset the hub and now I can’t even find the wifi from my iPhone 11 and the Ethernet to the Xbox isn’t working also. 

any ideas with get this sorted out please

Not working in what way?

Have you tried more than just the 2 devices mentioned?

Not working as in, my iPhone can’t find the hub to connect to and the Xbox is saying no Internet connection. 
I only had time to check these two devices as had to go to work. 

Its like the old saying “the lights are on but no ones at home”.

Did you do a 60 second pinhole reset?

Do it exactly this way ...

Factory reset the Hub using this exact method ...

DO NOT DO THIS if the password on the base of the Hub is not legible or missing.

Instructions for Hub 3

Disconnect all unneeded ethernet cables from the rear of the Hub.

With the Hub Powered on use a paperclip or similar (I use a mobile phone SIM Slot tool) and do a pinhole reset.

Depress the pinhole switch for a timed 60 seconds then release.

DO NOT reboot the hub but allow it 5 to 10 minutes for it to boot itself up.

Once a steady white and no other lights are illuminated check your system again.
