Somebody on Xbox got hold of my IP and is causing continuous issues with my connection.
Is there a way for me to change my public IP? Can I contact VM for this or is it something I can do within the Deco app? I saw something about MAC cloning in the settings but don't want to mess about with things I'm not sure on.

Set the MAC address in the 'MAC cloning' to a digit/character different to what it is now, reboot the HUB, and you'll get a different Public IP address.

Thanks for the swift reply. Does it matter which digit I change, first or last etc? Should I be changing by just one digit/letter, ie a-b 1-2...

It doesn't matter.
Change anything to anything and the Public IP will be different.
Just make a note of the original MAC just in case.

I changed the main Deco unit MAC from D8 at the start to C8 and rebooted the HUB3 and Deco system and it told me it couldn't find the internet and defaulted back to the original MAC address...

It should work as I've done it on my Asus router previously.
I rebooted the HUB only, though.
