Hub 3 forgets all settings when power goes off

So you set up you new name for your network and you guest network and change all the passwords.

Then the power goes out and all the setting are back to default why is this? It never used to happen.

Its a bug if you want settings to stick get your own router with 1Gb ports and use the hub in modem mode.

You can put the hub in modem mode with a PC then pull the plug to see if it resets to router mode.

If it is a bug does that mean it has a fix on the way in a firmware update?

It seems not matter what I did the problem wouldn’t go away, we had to have a new box in the end and things are back to normal now.

Re: Hub 3 forgets all settings when power goes off

My super hub is doing the exact same thing, a restart (also after a software update) causes the thing to default to the factory settings, so having to log in again , change the name and passwords so that all devices work again, then it does the same again a few days later... (or indeed after a power interruption)...

Virgin, sort this out!
