Hub 3 dropouts occurring multiple times per day

I made a post on here some months ago about an issue I was having -

Not too long after the post the issue seemed to sort itself, however it has returned. One strange thing I have noticed is that the dropouts seem to be occurring when a plane flies overhead which leads me to believe there is some kind of interference.

i still have the same bqm set up from the first time I was having these issues

The 2nd engineer visited and mentioned that there’s is an area wide problem which might be causing the issues, however I don’t see a date anywhere or an estimate of when it will be looked into

Has there been any difference since the appointment at all?

The dropouts are still occurring and as far as I’m aware there was never any work done in the area.

As you can see this past week has probably been the worst I’ve seen.

Thanks for coming back to us. I am really sorry it's not fixed and can see from the system check it's still disconnecting at an alarming rate. I'll send another tech but also message your Field Manager to put them in the picture, will send you a PM now.
