Hub 3 dropouts occurring multiple times per day

I made a post on here some months ago about an issue I was having -

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Internet-cutting-out-multiple-times-a-day/m...

Not too long after the post the issue seemed to sort itself, however it has returned. One strange thing I have noticed is that the dropouts seem to be occurring when a plane flies overhead which leads me to believe there is some kind of interference.

i still have the same bqm set up from the first time I was having these issues

I will leave the network data in the next few replies

Stats all look good but BQM is poor.

So, is the hub in normal router or modem mode?

What other equipment have you got connected directly to the Hub/router on ethernet cables

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

The hub is in router mode and the only devices connected by Ethernet cable is a Xbox and TiVo box

In the 24 hours since I have reset the hub you can see a significant amount of post rs errors appearing in channel 1

Hi Mark_W1,

Thanks for posting, and sorry you're still experiencing some issues with the service.

Looking at things from our side it does look like a few of the hubs levels are out of specification, so I can arrange a technician for you I'll need to confirm a few details first.

I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner)

Alex_Rm

I had a tech out  who replaced the hub and installed a new cable, however the dropouts seem to still be happening. I think he mentioned that the issue was likely on the outside of the house if it wasn’t fixed.

Hey Mark_W1, thank you for reaching back with an update. I am sorry to hear this issues is still happening.

What I am going to do is send you a PM so I can investigate  this issues for you.

Please can you look out for the purple envelope as I am going to send you a PM. Thanks
