Hub 3 connection screen on every startup

Hi

On every startup I am getting the Hub 3 connection problem screen being displayed. it would appear that it is checking for a connection before the lengthy initial starup has completed and then reporting this with an option to click to check.

Rather annoying every day - any way to stop this?

You haven't said, but it looks as if you are referring to a V6 starting up.
If so, are you actually switching its power off overnight (and/or the Hub3's)?
If so, does it happen if you leave the Hub on and the V6 in standby, then wake it up?
Also, how have you got the Hub and V6 connected - ethernet cable or wifi?
Apologies if you mean the problem is summat else.

Thanks for replying:

Dont have TV, (V6 box?), just tghe Hub 3, (broadband only). Always switch off power overnight. The problem has only begun to occur a week or so ago though. Had the Hub 3 since it came out.

Ah OK - the mention of "screen" threw me 🙂

So.. is it all working OK after it has "stabilised" or are you seeing any intermittent problems therafter?

You could always try a pinhole reset to factory settings to see if that clears it. Hold the pin in for 60 seconds and DONT restart the Hub.

Or just leave it on - they are designed to be left on 24/7

Thanks Fella, Ill give the reset a try. 

Dont believe in leaving stuff on when not needed, (I even switch the wifi off when its not required!)

No joy with the reset. Page still popping up on every start.
