Hub 3 connection drops and intermittent slow speeds

Been up and running with broadband for 2 weeks. It has not worked correctly at all I’m this time. Connected devices lose internet randomly, sometime for seconds and sometimes for minutes. Obviously this plays havoc with vpn connections on devices. Reset the router 3 times, am now wired with Ethernet directly to router and still have the issue, so not related to Wi-Fi. Only have 4 devices in the house. Have started a BQM but need to wait 24 hours. Have posted my up and down streams below.

Sorry this has not been the best start for you 

I have had a look at the Hub and can see a slight issue with one of the upstream channels 

This may not be the cause of your issues 

But I would like to arrange an engineers visit if that is okay with you

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
