Hub 3 connection dropping on new and old router

Been having issues for a while where my hub drops connection constantly every day(atleast 10 times yesterday), and the speed is not consistent. One second its 20 maps down on a speed test, next its 120 etc.  Had an engineer out on Saturday and he checked and fixed the connections inside and outside my home.

After this he replaced my old hub 3 for a new one and left. Since setting it up, after 2 hours it's doing the same, dropping connection,inconsistent speed and when you go to check my connection on the hubs settings it says all wireless devices have low signal, despite being right next to the box.

Rang vm support today just to be told to reset the hub. I'm unsure on what difference it will make as it was fitted less than 48 hours ago.

Any help and support will be appreciated as vm support is being useless.

Hi there Ryanwebster992,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

Many apologies for the service issues you're currently facing, from checking our service I can't currently see any readings that would attribute to what's been happening, how is the service today?

Also are you able to post network logs?
How to do this;
• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode),
• Don't log in, click on 'router status'
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.
Let us know,

Kain
