Hub 3 - No Lights

Just called up as no lights / no Internet - they have said it will pass to another team, but chances are I need an engineer visit if a new hub is needed.

How can I get that booked in quickly?

Thanks for posting on the Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear you've been having some problems with your hub.

 

If you have no lights showing, we will definitely need to arrange a replacement for you. I'll pop you over a PM now so I can take some details and help get this arranged if you haven't been able to already 🙂
