Hi there. Im having a problem with my router that it will not assign any ip adresses to any device i have either wired or wireless this all started after tech team did some tests on my equipment. So now basically i have no internet in my house. If anyone can help i would be grateful.
I've just checked your connection and everything looks healthy. I checked the advanced logs and can see several devices connected through both wifi and ethernet with valid IP addresses assigned to them.
No but i believe the people on the phone did something to mess it up as it started happening as soon as she tested my kit. Also i had no internet connection for around 24 hours so can anything be done?
