Hub 3.0 red light on permanently

Hi, I’ve switched the device off and on like advised but the red light stays on constantly. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

That just means your on modem rather than router? Go into the website settings and set it as router rather than modem. Sorry if this is incorrect
