Hub 3.0 "secured but no internet" intermittently drops WiFi several times a day - help please

Just joined

Several times a day my Wi-Fi drops and get a "World" looking icon in my systray. I have a good signal and only 10ft away from the router with nothing in the way. This has been going on for ages and have rebooted the router loads of times.

Doesn't seem to affect devices just laptops. 

 

Any help would be very much appreciated

Sorry to hear you're currently experiencing intermittent connection issues. I have taken a look at our systems and can see your downstream power levels are slightly out of spec. We'll need an engineer to come and look at this for you and hopefully this will resolve your connection concerns.
