I'm assuming that didn't resolve it for you.
As silly as it sounds, have you been able to check that it is definitely your hub details that the app is finding and not a neighbour's hub?
It's definitely mine, I've scanned the hub with my phone and number corresponds to what on the bottom of the router
I am going to send you a PM so I can take a closer look for you.
I did another reset of the router (kept the reset button pressed for over minute). changed the password on the hub login page and this time it worked for both mobile phones.
Only thing different from the last reboot was that I didn't use special characters in the password.
