I have the same problem, on a Samsung S8, but the app won't even "see" the label on the Hub 3.0 and won't accept the manual input of the passcode number. Spent 30+ minutes on phone to VM with 3 different people, have posted on here and had replies from VM, and have tried to use messaging within app. All no good. It's been a week now and VM can't or won't help. I've gone from an advocate for VM to the opposite. Latest messages I sent on app haven't even been read. I'm glad someone else has similar problem to me.
