Hi all I unplugged my router as I got a new tv stand & now it’s not working. I’ve checked all of the cables, rebooted numerous time & reset the hub - still no luck.
I rang the virgin helpline, they ran some tests & had me reset it again but it’s still not working. The ‘two arrow’ light is mainly flashing green but also goes red now & then. The base light is mainly green but occasionally goes white. My phone says it’s connected to WiFi intermittently but It’s very slow, the tv says the connection is unstable.
Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated! Thanks.
