You did indeed send a message and I replied to it but that's as far as it went.  No reply to what I was asked for.

It's now two weeks my internet has been faulty and I'm paying for the 100mb service.  I also discovered that I should have been upgraded to the V6 box but have never been asked.

 

Really considering cancelling my contract after over 15 years.
