Hub 3.0 insufficient bandwidth on amazon prime

I have a wired connection from my tv to hub 3.0 on vm 200mb. When I try to stream from amazon prime I have a consistent message telling me I have insufficient bandwidth.

I have two firesticks upstairs that are both connected wirelessly and are both working fine.

Any suggestions?

Re: Hub 3.0 insufficient bandwidth on amazon prime

Thanks for the reply. Tried youtube app on the tv which worked perfectly with no buffering and very quick response which suggests tv is doing as it should with the exception of amazon app so I guess next step is to contact amazon?

It seems to be a fault with the app itself, perhaps factory reset the TV might reinstall it

Thanks again for your responses. Factory reset has solved the problem and all is good again 😁
