Hi
We had a huge thunderstorm this night and woke up to find my Hub 3.0 with no signs of life. Already replaced the fuse but doesn't help at all. The hub is plugged into an extension lead and it's the only device that doesn't power up while others work without any issues.
Oddly enough, the 'Check Service Status' page also doesn't work. Anyone else experiencing similar issues in Northamptonshire area?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
